Shipping Information:

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail and will be despatched within 1 working day, if otherwise you will be contacted via email.

UK deliveries will be despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail advise 2^nd Class services will take 3-5 working days and a tracking number will be provided following your despatch. If an order doesn’t arrive within this time frame please contact [email protected] and Royal Mail will be contacted. Please note, orders cannot be re-sent until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).

 

Local Pickup:

All orders have the option to be collected from the following address in Exeter, Devon. This local pickup service will be free of charge. To arrange a time please contact [email protected]

Returns Policy:

If you decide you would like to return an item please do so within 14 days of purchase and contact [email protected].  Products must be returned in their original state. Returns postage is not free and you will be responsible for covering the postage charge.
